Help with moving expenses long term

Hello my name is Heather and I am trying to help a friend that is experiencing a long term hardship due to the passing of her husband and now she is having to move unexpectedly . They were married for nearly 30 years and he passed during Christmas last year due to medical issues. They were not prepared just as anyone isn’t but now she is by herself in a rental property. A mining company is wanting to buy the property and the owners of the house want to sell causing her to have to move and they will be tearing down the house. She is on a fixed income and by herself. Family is helping right now as they can but the cost of moving and being able to maintain long term will be hard . She is looking for something that she can move to with minimal monthly cost due to the reduced income so she will not have to move again. Anything is appreciated and any help will be forever thankful. Just trying to help before the deadline to get into a place to be home before it’s too late. I know this is a lot to ask for but she has tried everything and I’m just hoping to help
