Our baby journey, private adoption for our first baby!

My name is Victoria. I have been on the baby journey for over 27 years. My first pregnancy was in my 20s, but it ended in a molar pregnancy. I had to do chemotherapy for months related to a form of pregnancy cancer I had. I was able to get pregnant 5 times after that, all abnormal pregnancies. I had another pregnancy in my 20s that was another molar pregnancy and chemotherapy. Most recently, I lost our baby boy (he stopped growing inside of me at almost 15 weeks). He was a normal baby boy. My husband and I went to the IVF doctor last year, all tests, labs, chromosomes, and genetic tests were normal. My pregnancies have all caused a surgery to my uterus, which thankfully no long-term effects have happened! But my heart, my mind, and my physical self can’t take another pregnancy!

Adoption is my next journey. We are closer to our journey with a match, it’s very pricey and we have almost all of it saved, but we are asking for the final amount to be raised and donated if possible. We trust the Lord in all this, and we understand how hard times are, but any amount is very much appreciated! My true calling in life is to be a nurse (nurse x12) and a mom! My parents passed away awaiting their grandbaby from me, I can’t wait to finally welcome their grandbaby! I know they are viewing from heaven and are in our hearts! I’m adopted and come from a family of adopted siblings, my mom was a director of an adoption agency… adoption is in my blood! My desire to bring our baby home is my BIGGEST desire!
