Help with Nahlia's Kidney Transplant

Nahlia was born with a kidney disease called FSGS Nephrotic syndrome that resulted in her loosing both kidneys.  Luckily her father Nate is a match and will be donating one of his kidneys.  Nate will not be able to work for several weeks after the transplant surgery and her mother Marielys will also not be working to care for Nahlia and take her to doctors appointments etc.  Nahlia has been a trooper through this entire battle, her last hospital stay was over 7 months.  We are hoping to raise money to cover the day to day expenses as well as medical bills, traveling to and from Yale Hospital, and the income her father will loose while he is healing from the transplant.  If you can not donate please make sure to share the link and spread the word about this wonderful family.
