Help with Noah’s medical treatment (mange cat)
Donation protected
Hi everyone. So a few weeks ago, I rescued a cat from a very bad neighborhood covered in head to toe mange. Over the last couple weeks he’s been fostered by myself and treated with ivermectin for the mange and is clearing up quite nicely.
I am working on getting him in to see the vet in the next week or so to get him tested for FIV and leukemia, have a general exam, get vaccines, neutered, and have some bloodwork done and any other potential medical issues addressed. He is very scared and we are working on getting him used to humans being nice to him in order to not traumatize him at the vets office.
I’m doing this on my own and I’m seeking donations towards his medical care. I want to get this sweet boy healthy and happy so he has the best chance to get into a rescue and be adopted.
Any amount would be so greatly appreciated.
I spoke to my vet who gave me an estimate for his care (which obviously could end up being more depending on his condition)
Exam and Skin scrape -$80
FIV / Leukemia test- $38
Rabies and distemper vaccines -$50
Leukemia vaccine -$30
Bloodwork (on the low end) -$100
Neuter / microchip -$100
Thank you for your time and donations
