Help with removal and repair

My name is casey kienel. I lived aboard this 27 lancer to save money and help take care of my father with dementia. 11/05/21 the city of st. Augustine was hit with a fierce northeastern snapping my anchor lines and slamming my home into the sea wall. I have lost everything. I need help with the removal of my boat so I don't end up facing legal problems.  I'm currently living in a motel.   I work for a living,  I'm just looking for some support.
