Help with rent and car for disabled person

Hello my name is Angela Holcomb. I am losing the ability to walk due to Neuropathy in my feet and legs caused from diabetes. In just a few months I have gone from being mobile to now only being able to walk with a cane I'm waiting on my disability to go through, but the car I have at the moment is a loner and must be returned in a few weeks. I need a car, nothing fancy, and I need help with everyday needs. Medicine, food, hygiene, and whatever else. I can no longer work and my family has done all they can. I'm in a desperate situation and could really use the help.
