Help with shays kidneys

Shay is a 29 year old wonderful husband and is the amazing father of a sassy, spunky 4 year old daughter. He loves working on cars and spending time out with family and friends. In February he was sent to the ER for what we thought was a migraine. There we found out his kidneys were failing. After 2 biopsys the Doctors diagnosed him with Focal Segmental Glomulerscleorsis, or FSGS for short. It is a fast moving disease and has reduced him to having only one kidney, which is functioning at a 9%. This means he is currently in End Stage Renal Failure and he now needs a transplant. He will be starting dialysis the begining of next month to help sustain what little functionality he has left. Shays shop closed in april and with the start of dialysis he is currently unable to get a job due to the amount of days he will need off and the care he will need. The cost of his biopsys, medical appointments and testing, dialysis and to get the transplant are getting to be huge. We didn't want to have to make one of these until times were too hard. However the time has come and we are in need of some massive help to pay these bills and ensure that we can get the dialysis and transplant done. Any little bit will help. 
As far as the transplant goes, if he gets put on the list the average wait time is 2 years. However if we can find a living donor he can get it sooner.
