Skyler Williams Funeral Expenses

We are continuing to fundraise to help pay funeral expenses and purchase a headstone. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Skyler Williams ~ October 25, 2002 to August 11, 2024

Skyler was in a tragic freak accident on Saturday, August 10, 2024 as he fell off an all terrain vehicle landing on his head. He was treated at the scene and then taken to OSF St Francis Hospital in Peoria, IL by a LifeFlight helicopter. Skyler had major brain trauma and passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024. Organ and tissue donation was attempted; however, was unsuccessful. Skyler's brother, Jarrod, passed away on August 26, 2001 and is buried in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Skyler worked for Judd Construction in Hennepin, IL. He was a hard worker and loved his job. While away from work he was either riding his dirt bike or pit bike or just hung out with friends. Riding dirt bikes was his life. He would ride until he couldn't ride no more, either because he was tired or it was too dark outside. If Skyler was not riding, he was with his friends. He loved all his friends very much and would do almost anything for them. He was the "private" mechanic for all their adventures, whether it be at the track, someone's house, or on vacation with snowmobiles, boats, golf carts, or dirt bikes.

Since Skyler's passing, things have been extremely rough both mentally and financially. Friends, family, neighbors, and even strangers have been wonderful with donations and buying memorial shirts and stickers to help offset the funeral costs. I can not thank each and everyone of them for what they have done.
