Help with the monthly bills

Hello my name is Tim and I’m on here again because I’ve been having complications trying to figure out exactly what cardiac problems I’m having. I’ve had multiple test/exams and doctors are unable to pinpoint the issue. Meanwhile I haven’t been cleared to return to work! I’m aware I’ve been on here before and greatly appreciated all who contributed and it pains me to have to swallow my pride yet again. Anything you all can do would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
