Hello everyone,
As many of you recently learned, my mother Therese Parisi has been battling with liver cancer for just under a year and half. Unfortunately, her health took a severe turn for the worse in the last couple of weeks and she is currently at home on hospice care.
This whole situation has been so hard on our family in so many ways. For those of you who know my mom, you know she brought so much joy wherever she went with her humor, her attitude, and her beautiful smile. And even though she’s still with us, a lot of that has been missing. Another tough challenge facing our family has been financial concerns. She hasn’t been working and my father and I have been working a lot less so our family income and savings have decreased.
I wanted to start this fundraiser to help our family with the funeral expenses and everything else that comes along with that. It is also to help my father stay on top of mortgage, property tax, and utility payments. If you know how special a woman Therese is, and are in a position to help us with a donation and possibly spread this page to others, we would appreciate it so much.
