Help with water mitigation, floor and wall repair

Hi friends, it's me again. I know I am usually fundraising for animals, but this time it is me that needs the help.
On Monday morning, Nov 28, I woke up and realized water was coming up through my floor in the hallway. I immediately set up a work order with my home warranty company, Landmark, at 6am. At 8am I realized there was a pool of water under my chair mat in the office where I had been sitting working. I called Landmark to upgrade my call to an emergency, but they didn't think it qualified. At 130pm, the plumber arrived and found my water heater rusted and cracked on one side. Who knows how long the water had been flowing. At this point, I called USAA to open a claim on my homeowner's insurance.
After the plumber shut off the water to the tank, a water mitigation company Doan Restoration came out to assess the damage. The water extends from the water heater closet through the spare room, office, hallway and living room. All of the flooring will need to be ripped up in those areas. My beautiful floors that were just installed in Feb. :'(
Landmark Home Warranty will pay only to replace the water heater. But my set up is not up to code. Getting me up to code will cost me $900 out of pocket.
My deductible with USAA is $3000. The estimate from Doan, just for the water mitigation, is $3300. Plus, after that, I will need to repair the floors and walls taken out.
My insurance should cover everything after my deductible. Unfortunately, I just don't have the money right now to pay that deductible.
And so I'm asking for help. For myself. Which makes me a little sick, to be honest. And a little like a failure. But I need help.
