Coleraine Christian Bookshop: Help us write the next chapter
Donation protected
For over 60 years, there has been a Christian bookshop in Coleraine. Originally run by Ethel Greenaway, this store has been a cornerstone of our town, providing Christian resources, encouragement, and community support. Now, we need your help to ensure it remains a beacon of hope and inspiration for the next generation as we transition the store to become independent.
Roger and his family are excited to take over the running of the Bookshop. Roger has worked or been connected with the bookshop for the last 18 years, managing the store for the last 15 months.
Our bookshop is more than just a store; it’s a place where lives are transformed. Each week, we hear stories of individuals finding hope, encouragement, and renewed faith through our presence on the high street.
How You Can Help?
For the store to become independent, we need to raise some initial funds, which will help to cover the upfront costs and manage the transition to an independent business, support initial running costs, including rent, utilities, and other essentials, and purchase stock to keep the shop well resourced.
Our motto, "Strength in Community," reflects our belief that together we can achieve something extraordinary. With your support, the bookshop will remain a resource for spiritual growth and a place for community.
Time is of the essence as we look to raise the funds needed to secure the shop's future within the next few weeks. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference. If you have a heart for securing the future of Coleraine Bookshop, we invite you to stand with us. Together, we can ensure this vital resource continues to bless our town for generations to come.
Stage 1:
We aim to raise £45,000 to cover the initial setup of the business and secure the first three months of operations, ensuring all bills and essential expenses can be met.
