Help Wyatt Heal After Tragic Accident

On July 15,2024, My son Wyatt(12) was coming home from centennial pool with his brother and two friends. They started crossing the Niagara street. The light was red, while crossing the street the light turned green. A car hit Wyatt , the driver was arrested on the scene for a DUI.

So far Wyatt has two broken femurs as well and a broken pelvis, he had surgery to put his femurs back together as both legs femur bones were completely separated. When Wyatt leaves the hospital he will be in a wheelchair for at least 6-8 weeks. He will have physical therapy and need to come back to the hospital up to 4 times a week for the next 6-12 months. Wyatt is non-weight bearing meaning he cannot use his legs for the next few months. Dad has not gone back to work yet, he is going to be Wyatt's caregiver, so the family will be with out a income.

There is also a nurse who will be coming into the home to care for wyatt.

We are asking for help for transportation back and fourth to the hospital to be with Wyatt during this hard time for him ,but also check on our other children at home for MEALS for The parents while staying in the hospital with Wyatt. And for taking care of the whole family (Wyatt's Siblings) during this difficult time.

Mom will not be leaving the hospital at all for the next few weeks as she will be by Wyatt's side,Wyatt's vitals are still not stable and his pain levels are excruciating.
