Help Xpose Fitness Move to a New Home

Xpose Fitness needs a new home.

Last summer, the Loch Ridge Shopping Center was purchased by a local real estate developer. Earlier this year we were informed by the the new management that it would not be possible for Xpose to stay in our current studio space. While we had not intended to even consider relocating or expanding the studio for another couple of years, the reality is that Xpose must move and we need your help doing it.

There is no denying that this is in every way an existential challenge, but it is also an opportunity to give Xpose the space we have always dreamed of. A space with:

Over the last several months we have been working to find the best new place possible. During the search it unfortunately became clear that there was no suitable space in the greater Towson/Parkville area. After widening the search area we found a very promising space just a short drive away in the Windsor Mill area of Baltimore County. It’s a great location that will allow the studio to grow in an exciting new way, but moving comes with expenses.

We are working to secure assistance from an investor to cover a good deal of that initial cost, however even with that assistance, we wont be able to do this without the help of this amazing community.

Why we’re raising money:

Moving is expensive! In addition to the regular expenses (moving trucks, security deposits on utilities and rent, etc.) our new building will have work done to give us a custom layout to fit the needs of the a pole studio. The build alone has been estimated at $150,000 dollars, and we know that there will be other expenses as well.
