Help Yav with his vagabonding life!

I am embarking on a journey of self exploration and pursuit of adventure! Leaving the DMV area after 9+ years of living here and meeting so many amazing people is a difficult choice. I will miss all of you my friends!

CrossFit Bethesda and Tough Temple CrossFit are communities that I am proud and happy to have been a part of! I have seen so many inspiring life changes and steady growth from so many people. I have been moved to tears from the sincere well wishes I have received in regard to my choice to pursue a vagabonding lifestyle!
