Hello, I am Yazan Al-Shanti, I am 16 years old. I want to share with you the story of my suffering. I have been suffering from a problem in my left knee since childhood, and a year ago, I had a meniscus resection of the knee because of Torn Meniscus.

Now, due to extreme fatigue and exhaustion, I have been suffering more than before, and now I need a ligament implant in my knee.

I am speaking to you now from Gaza to ask for your help and relief in our current tragic situation. My family and I have endured a lot of fear, hunger, and siege. Despite that, we were very patient, but now, after 202 days of brutal war, our situation has become dire. In light of the bad conditions we are experiencing, providing for our needs and basic living requirements has become almost impossible. Our house in which we live was destroyed, we were displaced many times, and we ended up living in a tent that isn't suitable for a decent life. My family and I's life in Gaza ended completely because schools and hospitals were destroyed, their work stopped completely, and even the infrastructure became unavailable. We lost our source of income in addition to the constant threats to our security and safety.
