Hey, everyone I’m Jazzie. 8 months ago I witnessed an attempted murder that has completely taken a toll on my mental health. Since May I had been on Short term Disability receiving only 60% pay until it stopped. I applied for long term but was denied and have been waiting on my appeal. I am no longer able to afford my apartment and have received a five day notice. I have not received payment since last month in the beginning, and I can no longer pay for food and other utilities. I would like to pay up on my bills and also raise the money. I need to go move in with my friend two hours away, I need $400 to move with my friend as well as money to get a U-Haul in my appointment has been a constant reminder of the attempted murder I witnessed in this move I believe will help with my mental health and on the path to becoming better anything would help

I also need help with my therapy payments and medicine. As I take meds to help with my ptsd. Recipts will be posted!
