Support Yehia and his family to stay safe

My name is Makayla Raposo from the US. Yehia Shamallakh, from the Gaza Strip, contacted me to help him with donations for him and his family, who are currently displaced in the city of Rafah. His family consists of 9 people: him, his mother, his father, his 4 brothers, and his brother's wife and daughter. Yehia's mother now also has a heart condition and his brother has a brain condition that require the family to raise money for medical . Because o Yehia's geographical location and the restrictions by GoFundMe, I am privileged to help him and his family in raising money for medical expenses, living costs, food, and anything they might need during this extremely difficult time. I spoke with Yehia Shamallakh and here are some words from his experience during the horrific and awful war in Palestine right now:

‏Welcome ‏ I am Yehia from Palestine. I live in Gaza. I am displaced in the city of Rafah in the south. I live in a tent with my family in Rafah, which consists of nine members. Our story in brief. Our house was destroyed and bulldozed, and its place became a Zionist colony. My people left and were martyred. More than 237 days of war have passed now... Everything from us has been gone in this war... We all feel helpless as we watch the tragic events taking place in our city, despite everything it has lost... and despite waiting helplessly. Until this war ends... I am continuing to collect money to help me and my family in light of the difficult circumstances... and our life is not good at all and we have never been able to live in safety

‏They threw rockets and missiles at us and shot us and every day is like this. I also lost my loved ones and friends in this war. I also lost my university education and lost my university. I studied at the university for three years and the fourth year did not take place because of the war. We now live under difficult conditions due to lack of food, water, medicine, famine and pollution. All of this happened to me and my family and we are still alive physically full of diseases. I humbly ask you to help me feed and shelter me and my family. The weather here is getting worse, and my family is living in the open, with a lack of clothes and blankets. We are exhausted, dehydrated, hungry, and cold. We are facing a severe humanitarian crisis so I urgently need your support to help raise funds to rebuild my house and collect humanitarian aid such as food, water, medical aid and tents for shelter.
