Help Young Black Woman Get Safe Housing&Education

Hello, my name is Jade and I am currently a full-time student who really needs help getting out of a toxic and controlling environment that is extremely detrimental to my well-being. As many may already know, a lot of colleges, including my own, are not lowering the tuition costs which puts my education in jeopardy especially because I need housing to be in a safe environment and to focus on school work. Any amount will really help and I hope to be completely financially independent from these certain controlling individuals with the help of this fundraiser and my own efforts. I currently work part-time as a home health aide, but COVID-19 has severely affected my schedule and, as a result, my income. I also care for an elderly family member full-time out of expectation, it is a codependency issue where that particular situation is concerned. With sufficient support I aim to, like I said, be on my own by the first half of next year when I have to begin paying off loans and paying rent as well as my research program.
