Help young father Benjamin after hit and run

Benjamin is a young father, age 23, who has been utilizing door dash delivery to help his family, Gabriela and his 4 month old son, Leon. On May 29th, At roughly 12:30am in the morning, Ben was making his last delivery, topping off a hard working night to help make upcoming June rent. Ben was hit by a another car after the car ran a red light. Ben had just picked up the food for delivery, and in moments, everything went flying, including Ben's head which caused him to momentarily black out. When he came to, there were strangers filming and calling police informing others that the vehicle who had hit Ben, had abandoned their car. Later we learn from authorities that Ben was in the middle of a hit and run by a stolen vehicle from Colorado Springs (nearly 50 miles south), that had been involved in a shoot out minutes before the accident. The car that hit Ben was covered with bullet holes. The ambulance took Ben to Denver Health where he was picked up by family members and later taken to his home. The police also told Benjamin while he was in the ER that he was lucky to be alive as he not only dodged a bullet once, but twice as his vehicle was completely totaled. His belongings inside his Kia were damaged including a car seat stroller combination. Please take a moment and recognize a hard working father trying to make ends meet. Ben would not post this on his own, but we as family want to help support him in any way. This goal is for a replacement vehicle.
