Help young Josip in his life with Type 1 Diabetes

We want to help our nephew Josip, who just turned 3 years old and has recently been diagnosed with diabetes type 1. Josip is the youngest in the family with diabetes with 3 of his other siblings also with this condition, his older brother Benedikt (9), sister Margareta (7) and younger brother Dominik (6).

Due to his condition, Josip requires a new generation insulin pump which is not covered by medical insurance. Getting this pump would help the parents greatly as they already have challenging daily routines and difficulties managing, with 4 out of their 6 children struggling with this condition at a very young age.

We would like to help the parents to get this new pump which costs around £4000.

By getting this pump, young Josip will have a better control of his blood glucose levels also avoiding many manual injections which would significantly improve the quality of his life. Even though the disease took away carefree days, Josip is an active, wonderful smiling boy who deserves help from caring people to have a better childhood.
