Help Zach get gender affirming surgeries.

Hello, my name is Zach. I have known that I am transgender since I was about 14, I am now in my early 20s. I have been on the NHS waiting list for hormones for over three years and have barely moved up the list and despite my doctor and I's attempts to contact the gender clinic and inform them of how essential getting on testosterone is for me, I'm not much further on from where I started. My mental health is becoming negatively affected the longer I do not have the medication I need.

Top surgery is also something I wish to get at some point in my transition and although I will not be getting it straight away I would like to prepare for when the time comes. I am also saving what I can myself for it too.
