Help Zechariah

Hi, my name is Judy Hockersmith. My husband Richard and I would like to ask for your support for our son Zechariah. Zechariah's business, ProCare Pools, declined after numerous people failed to pay their debt for materials and services provided. The court system is accusing Zechariah of stealing and trying to convict him of felonies. Zechariah has been arrested multiple times and was arrested again on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022. The County prosecutors filed criminal charges against him for a civil issue. Zechariah has maintained his innocence and was representing himself in all the cases. Human errors by the court clerks failed to send notices to the correct address.  In one hearing, the Judge reprimanded the court clerks for not sending the notices to Zechariah's address corrected. Yet when Zechariah missed court, they blamed him and put him in jail for failure to appear. I taught children for numerous years to believe if a person would be respectful toward the police, they would, in turn, treat them with respect. I know I was wrong because I have a video showing 5 Phelps county sheriffs climbing over a locked gate into my son's property in Pulaski County. which is out of their jurisdiction. I watched them place an object in his driveway and then realize they were caught when they saw the camera. Two of the officers then worked together to retrieve the item and quickly take it back to a patrol car. ZECHARIAH HAS  NEVER BEEN ARRESTED OR CHARGED WITH ANY DRUG RELATED ISSUES NOR HAS HE EVER THOUGHT OF STEALING. This is completely OBSURD.  These funds will be used to hire a lawyer to prove Zechariah's innocence. Prayerfully to prevent other innocent people from being found guilty and ending up in prison because of a few corrupt police officers. We feel our hands are tied and saddened for anyone's family that has experienced this unjust behavior from those we have been taught to trust and honor.
