Help Zelda be happy again

Hi, my name is Monika, and I am trying to raise money to pay for my dog's surgery.

Zelda is a 16-month-old golden retriever. She was full of life, a happy girl, until two days ago when she started vomiting and being unwell. I took her to the vet and had a blood test; her kidney markers were extremely high. They tried stabilising her with fluid and antibiotics and did Xray, which didn't show any foreign body, but her gats were full of gas, indicating she needed surgery. Unfortunately, my vet cannot claim the money directly from my insurance company, so i will need to pay in advance. I'm unable to do it, which is why I asked for help to raise money. Not much time left so, please help me if you can. Zelda is not ready to finish her life now
