Help Zeta with Legal Fees

Hey fam, thank you for being here and taking the time to read this.

On November 20th, 2023 during our tour with Hail The Sun we got pulled over in Texas by the Snyder Police in Scurry County.

Dani, Juanchi, Antonio, and our photographer all had to spend a few days in jail while we figured out bail, and since then we’ve been hit with a storm of legal fees and unexpected bills which has impacted our lives in so many ways.

We really learned a lot from this situation and have been cooperating and being as proactive as possible, however we’re not even half way on our path to get out of this situation.

After paying the bail bonds, hiring 4 different attorneys, and starting a pretrial diversion probation program, our bills and expenses as a result have gone through the roof and we’re seeking any/all assistance to help mitigate the expenses we are incurring.

We are grateful to be part of such an incredibly supportive community and as you can imagine this is a very sensitive matter for us to speak out loud but we’re trying to share enough for all to understand where we are currently and shine some light on the hell we’ve been going through (which is even more complicated with all of us being immigrants).

We’ve been deeply affected by the social stigma that has come as a result of this situation. We’ve come to realize our greatest strength right now is all the love and support from our dear friends and family in the music community.

The good thing is that after a year of completing this program and paying all the legal fees and bills that we’re facing, we will able to apply for a complete expungement of our records, hopefully .

The band wont stop playing or touring.

Part of or our agreement with the DA and PO was to not suspend our tour itinerary which is our livelihood. We have many mandatory restrictions to follow now like curfews, community service hours, counseling, NA meetings, continuous reports, and check ins - but we we are actively communicating and cooperating to ensure all is cleared with the authorities so we can keep on our music journey.
