Help Zeus get Entropion Surgery

Hi, my name is Jill and this is not something I would normally do. I never seek help or assistance but in this case, it’s different. This is for my 6 year old Rottweiler Zeus. He has had dry eyes for years while he will live with for the rest of his life, but this past weekend the doctor discovered that he suffers from Entropion. This is a condition in which the eyelids roll inward causing the eyelashes and hair to rub on the cornea and it causes pain and extreme discomfort. It causes him to constantly want to rub his eyes, and squint continually and sometimes his eyes even get stuck shut due to the inflammation and build up. He has a condition in both of his eyes. Surgery is over $1,800 and is a hefty bill for a single fur momma. Zeus is my rock. He is my big baby. He saved me when I was in the darkest moments of my life. Without the surgery he is at risk of ulcers in his eyes, scaring of the cornea, and vision loss. My heart breaks that he is in so much pain and discomfort. The doctor said the surgery needs to happen sooner rather than later. Please help Zeus, he is the sweetest, big boy ever and he’s my entire world. Without him, I would still be in a dark place and he deserves to live a pain free long life.
