Help Zeus Recover from Neglect

Care to help Zeus? Left in a small kennel for several days without food or water, he finally freed himself and ran to a neighbor's residence, as if seeking help.

They fed and watered him and called the Oberlin Police Dept. They also notified our Humane Society. The police issued a citation for the previous owner, who was not home, but explained over the phone that his 15-year-old daughter was left in care of the dog.
