Help Zulay get Nephrectomy surgery, kidney removal

My name is Nelson Ledezma and I am raising funds for my sister Zulay on behalf of my family and friends.

Zulay has been suffering from kidney pain for a long time and episodes of unbearable, intense pain have worsened; the doctors who have assisted her asked me to do Renal Echo studies and they said that she had calculus and grit in my kidneys, and they sent her treatment and painkillers, but right now the pain she feels is so strong that it is not easily relieved, on one occasion they had to inject her with morphine because of the pain she was feeling so strong. The most recent of the episodes was when she was in her class at the university, the pain began and she was admitted to a health center where they placed a pain reliever. The treating doctor requested the RENAL ECHO study which yielded the result: ultrasound findings suggestive of bilateral renal microlithiasis and right hydronephrosis Grade IV, so the study of UROTAC without contrast (Lithiasis Protocol) is extended.

Once the result of the Urotac study was obtained, together with my sister, we went to the specialist Urologist, who told us that, in view of the findings, Surgical Resolution is proposed by means of a Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty, but this condition changes once we have the results of RENAL DIURETIC F+ GAMMAGRAMA, which indicates that the left kidney is fulfilling its total renal function with preserved perfusion and excretion and the right kidney without functionality (right kidney exclusion), that is, (the right kidney) has no function and is full of urine) for which the right kidney must be removed or completely removed (Nephrectomy) and must be performed urgently, since due to its condition it can infect the left kidney, and other organs. For this reason, my sister Zulay must be intervened immediately.

My sister currently lives in Venezuela and is in the last year of her Sociology career, but due to the economic crisis that the country is going through, it will be difficult to cover the expenses, it is difficult to obtain the funds to perform the surgery due to the high costs. Our medical goals for my sister Zulay and the costs of medical exams before surgery and recovery to continue providing her with the full-time care and support she needs during this stage of her life.
