Quest to Musical Freedom!

Greetings,My name is Corey, I'm an event host (among other things) in the Washington, DC Area also known as Mr2Oh2, Voice of The City. Those who know me personally know I have 86975685 jobs....no seriously I do a little of everything. One of the things that I love to do most is make music.Friends and family have been asking me for a while now why I've stopped making music. Well, with the lack of proper equipment (laptop/software) equipment that no longer works (monitors/Midi keyboard) and no funds to have them fixed...I quit. One of the hardest things to do is quit doing what you love & also trying to use other peoples equipment. While people offering me their studio and free range to their equipment is a nice gesture. Using others peoples stuff never quite works out the way you want and it becomes a huge inconvenience for both parties! So, someone on Facebook mentioned this site and I've decided to give it a try. I've created a wishlist of things needed & its nothing fancy. Its the simple tools needed to have a decent pre-production studio at home so I can FINALLY finish my instrumental EP and start producing music for others.Anything will help, well, because beggars can't be choosers!
