Help for Heidi Tuai & Family

On Friday April 13th, Heidi's husband Simi was rushed to the hospital for emergency open heart surgery with a severely torn aorta. During surgery, Simi had a stroke (they are unsure of the exact impact of this). Since surgery, Simi has been having issues with his liver and kidneys and excess fluids, which has led to dialysis. He's 60% reliant on a breathing ventilator. Unfortunately, Simi does not have any health insurance. 

Heidi is a very near and dear friend and colleague,  and we are trying to do everything in our power to help her through this difficult time. The surgery that was required to save his life can cost $200,000 or more.  This doesn't include other hospital bills, loss of income, etc.
