Help4homelessintransition

I was chronically homeless for last 5 years after lising my brother mother and father to diabetes I had a nervous breakdown I have been going to therapy at portage path and other places but always homeless I then found refuge at tent city in Akron Ohio from their I have gotten better but still struggle with health issues I am involved in an organization called for home again which help with housing and found a room that's still under basic construction but I have a roof over my head Thank God I am currently seeking a disability claim but was denied will try again I panhandle for money but it's not great I am trying to find a job I can handle for money but not easy I have health issues and breathing issues. Any help would alleviate some if the pressure I have. I have hypertension asthma,sleep apnea and have a nebulizer for respitory issues. I have been diagnosed with PTSD,complicated bereavement,and borderline intellectual functioning.
