Hi, everyone!

I'm Ashley, aka AD, and I am the owner of Trap Cardio & Elite Nutrition RVA . 10 months ago, I quit my career in forensic accounting to become a full-time entrepreneur. In those 10 months, I opened both businesses up virtually in efforts to help our in-home community both those afar who needed an outlet. During that time Trap Cardio's YouTube has grown to almost 90k subscribers, Elite Nutrition RVA's YouTube has grown to almost 5k subscribers and our trainers are becoming household names.

We have literally outgrown everything around us -- even our mission.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in the urban communities we serve. Through our philosophy that “We’re in this together”, our fitness programs and our nutritional products, we aim to instill the value of health and fitness in all. We provide a judgement-free zone to those who are at the beginning and intermediate stages of their fitness journey, helping to increase the confidence that will aid them in becoming elite in their own voyage to total wellness.
Our new mission includes turning Elite Nutrition RVA from a nutritional bar to a full-service fitness center and we need YOU!!

We're near the end of our lease (July 31st) and your investment will help with us with a bigger space, , better audio/visual equipment, merchandise, weights, cardio equipment, the ability to travel more to you and more.
