Ian's Medical and Recovery Fund

Ian Vogler, 13 years old, had an accident on the trampoline last night (please no comments about how dangerous trampolines are, I cannot take that right now). He has injured his spine/neck. He had to be life flighted to Children's Primary in SLC early this morning. He is in the ICU. He's stable and the feeling in his legs is back. His arms are not totally functional nor have feeling. The surgeon is saying they want to let the spinal cord do some healing before they go in for surgery. So now the guess is surgery on Friday. He will need to be here for rehab after the surgery. So we will have to stay at least a week after surgery.
His pain is being managed well for now. So now the main priority is rest and HEALING for his spinal cord. If you have any energy to send, please send it for soothing healing of his spinal cord. <3
It's looking like Ian and hi mother will be in SLC for the long haul. The recovery time with this could be quite long. His insurance will not cover any of the costs as it is outside of their network. Anything will help towards the goal for recovery. The bills will be extensive.
