Robert Ortiz was suddenly and tragicly taken from his family in a fatal motorcycle accident.

The reason we are raising money is because Robert Ortiz lost his job prior to the accident. He had no life insurance. Daisy Ortiz was diligently paying into life insurance for over ten years when a change of the company cost her to lose everything. His wife of thirty two years is now starting from scratch to not only pay for the sudden funeral cost but as well as other bills that accumulated over the time he was out of work.           There are no words to express losing a loved one. Our hearts are broken, filled with sadness and pain. We did not just lose a family member or a friend. We lost a piece of our life, a piece of our heart. Robert impacted and touched so many people with his contagious smile and unique laughter. He was a handy man, a jack of all trades, he was our Mr. Fix-it. He would help out anyone in their time of need. He would make everyone around him laugh and enjoy every moment. You were a better person just by being around him. He was the true definition of a humble, loving and all around amazing man. He was a great husband and one of a kind father. Our lives will never be the same. Our only comfort is knowing that one day soon we will all see him again...
