HEART Disease Surgery for Dennis

Dennis was born in 2007 with a congenital heart disease. In an attempt to help the young boy, the doctors in Ukraine have already performed 2 surgeries. The Kotlyarchuk family has 2 kids, and have been struggling financially for a long time. Since his birth, the family has spent a large sum of money on medical care for Dennis, with the majority of their budget used for that purpose, leaving little for their other needs. Dennis is now getting ready for his 3rd surgery, without which his life would be at risk. The surgery is scheduled for February 15th, 2016, but the Kotlyarchuk family cannot afford it on their own. They are in dire need of help to cover the expenses of the surgery and the post-op rehabilitation for Dennis. We are asking, for anyone willing, to help this young boy get the care he needs!
