Good/bad news... We are happy to announce that baby Dominick is off Oxygen and with family off campus. As could be expected, family cannot travel at this time and must remain close to the hospital. This creates certain financial hardships, so we have decided to continue this campaign while baby Dominick continues to heal. Anything you can give will as always be greatly appreciated! We love you all! Thanks for making this very troubling time a little less troubling.

Thanks to all who have helped this family over the last few days. We are overwhelmed by your individual acts of kindness. Nicole Anne Francis was able to stand and walk to her son yesterday. He was heavily sedated but he opened his eyes upon hearing her voice.

Our friends are in need of any and all help that can be provided to them. They (Nicole and Tobias) were on a trip (from chicago) and she went into labor early. They are currently staying in the hospital (UC DAVIS) with their newborn, Dominick, who is currently unable to breathe on his own. Mother (Nicole) is still recovering from surgery, and they have no family in the area. Anything we can do to ease their suffering is appreciated. All monies will go towards lodging, food, and medical expenses for baby Dominick and mother Nicole.
