Our friend Ed Hush is in a bad spot right now and could really use our support. He was just in a bad bike accident, is in some pain, has some bills due and is in a financial tight spot
I'd like to raise some money for him to at least get some of his money worries off his mind for a bit.
I've always known Ed to be a compassionate community activist. Let's reflect that back to him.
In a Facebook post tonight Ed said he has $750 rent due, a need to move some stuff from a friend's place or pay $300, and the need to move a very significant portion of the Rockaway Resource Recovery operation out of a lead members yard ASAP. And he nedds to eat. And just live. And get in a better mental place.
I set the goal for this pretty modestly, I hope. Ed has 1521 Facebook friends. If every single one of them could give 5 bucks, we'd be off to the races in a big way. If you can give more, please do.
