a little love goes a long way

We have all heard the expression, "When it rains, it pours." Well that's the case for our dear friend Emily Hayden. She's a talented hair stylist, single mother to a beautiful 13 year old girl and an amazing friend. Her brother was senselessly murdered in his hotel room 2 weeks ago. This event has sent her into a serious depression and because of this insurmountable amount of sadness and confusion, she has been unable to work. She is a hair stylist in Silverlake and her livelihood depends on that work. Since she has been unable to work, her financial hardships have increased tremendously. Her car was impounded a couple of days ago and now it's even harder to get to work. Someone lent her the money to get it out and that day her wallet was stolen. I mean it just doesn't stop and I can't sit back and watch everything she's worked so hard to build for her and her daughter be taken away from her. Especially when it's because of a tragic murder and other things that are out of her control. She doesn't know that I made this and she would never ask for anything because she does everything for herself. If you can donate anything at all, that would be amazing. I would also like to try to get her in to see a doctor and possibly get her on some meds for depression and anxiety. Let's help her get out of this ditch!
