HELP❗️EYE CANCER engulfs Natalia's in eternal darkness❗️

This little, cheerful girl with beautiful blonde hair is my daughter. Today they are gone... The little head is getting bald every day. The smile turned into a grimace of pain and a panicked scream. Tears are flowing down my cheeks more and more often.

And I - her dad - stand next to me and howl in despair. I'm here, but I can't do anything. A MALIGNANT CANCER - glioma of the optic eye nerve - is tearing my dearest daughter from my arms. Natalia is a 3-year-old and is fighting for her life.

Before the onset, Natalia's life revolved around having fun with her siblings, riding a bike, jumping on a trampoline, and spending time with dogs. Natalia loved getting to know the whole world that fascinated her and making her first friendships at the nursery. This was the case until the end of 2023.

This is what we noticed. We were worried that Natalia's right eye looked different than her left eye. We can tell that Natalia has proptosis. We noticed that when we covered her left eye, her daughter appeared as if she couldn't see the toys. These were the first moments when we felt that something bad was happening...

Our lives burst like a bubble this year. Doctors diagnosed Natalia with glioma of the right optic nerve. It turned out that my little daughter had lost sight in her right eye!! Moreover, it is a mortal danger... I was broken.

The last four months have been filled with constant hospital visits, fear, pain, sleepless nights and missing our family. Unfortunately, the treatment implemented - steroid therapy and chemotherapy, although with various complications, did not bring any other results! The cancer did not respond to chemotherapy.

We experienced another shock. An MRI of the head shows that the glioma has enlarged, and next, another tumor appears on the epidermis. Now the risk is also visible in the left eye, our little daughter may be completely blind!

We can't let this happen... Natalia is still tiny. We would like to reveal to her how wonderful the world is, to reveal herself in many interesting places, but today she is threatened with deadly darkness! Today we don't know whether we will never be able to admire this beautiful world again for a few days.

The only chance to save our beloved daughter's eyesight is surgery to remove cancerous lesions. Prof. Dr. Schumann from the clinic in Tubingen gave us back the hope that fate had brutally taken from us. The doctor will perform the operation. Our Natalia's case is extremely difficult because the astrocytoma is progressing very quickly and at any time it can irreversibly deprive Natalia of her sight and then her life... The doctor has no illusions - the operation should be performed IMMEDIATELY!

By infiltrating the left optic nerve, the tumor can quickly cause complete and irreversible blindness in Natalia... Unfortunately, the cost of such an operation is unimaginably high and definitely beyond our reach. Even though my wife and I both work, we will not be able to accumulate such a large sum in such a short time. Time plays a key role here... Every minute, every second of delay reduces our chances.

That's why I - her father - together with my beloved wife, Natalia's sister and brother, are appealing to you for help! I am asking for every penny, sharing the fundraiser, and supporting me in this dramatic fight.

I want Natalia to smile again like in the photos before her illness. I want to give her a chance at life so that she can look at herself in the mirror every day. Start the day with the thought that she is an extremely brave girl... That she will be and be able to continue admiring the world with her beautiful blue eyes.
