Help for Alison

Alison is my mum and she is awesome. Last year she was diagnosed with a rare type of Cancer. She has stage 4 metastatic Neuroendocrine cancer.
Last year she underwent an 8 hour long surgery which removed half of her bowel and 21 lymph nodes, from which she has recovered very well. However as the disease has spread to the liver and other lymph nodes the doctors could not get all of the tumours and so she has been on monthly injections to help with symptoms and prevent the spread of the disease. At this stage there isn't any hope of the current medication extending life expectancy or giving quality of life. In fact the symptoms and side effects have made it hard for her to work and she has had to quit her job. Mum is single and only 12 months ago bought her own apartment, so financially we need assistance to seek the medical treatment that will help.
Alison has always been pro natural cures and prevention so we've looked further a field and found treatments available in both Germany and Bangkok which use hyperthermia treatment along with many other natural and completmentry medicine and includes conventional medicines as well. I've researched these treatments and clinics and we're confident that they provide a reasonable hope of a shrinking the tumours and a better quality of life . Unfortunately these clinics are quite expensive. We are looking to raise $35,000 which would be enough for Alison to fly to Bangkok for the recommended 4 weeks of treatment. It is our hope that we can raise this money before August 2016.
Conventional medicine has some excellent treatments however combined with this hyperthermia and alternative medicines we believe that we can beat these tumours and Alison can watch her grand children grow up.
