Helping a hairdresser beat cancer

Hi, my name is Michelle Sweetman and I am the owner of Hair, It is and Hot Heads Salon and today I am asking for your help for one of our fellow hairdressers who has already been battling some medical issues and now recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

Jackie has been a hairdresser for 45+ years and I have personally worked with her for the last 16 years. I have always admired her work ethic and what a talented Hair Dresser she is and as an independent contractor, this will be very challenging taking time off work so she can battle of this disease. As an independent contractor, we do not receive any sort of state disability so if we don’t work, we don’t get paid. Right now I’m asking everyone for many prayers, and if possible, you could donate to help her take care of these unforeseen medical expenses, and also living expenses for her, as she is a single woman who has raised two kids on her own, and always taken care of herself.
