FRANÇAIS – Bonjour à tous, nous nous appelons Lama, Lamija et Chloé, et nous avons créé ce GoFundMe pour aider notre ami palestinien bloqué à Gaza avec sa famille. Son nom est Tareq ABUSADAH. Avec sa femme Shaymaa, leurs deux fils de 8 mois et 3 ans, et ses parents, ils se retrouvent face à l’impossibilité de quitter un pays en guerre. Ils ont tout perdu, leur maison, leurs économies, c’est pourquoi leur but est de passer la frontière entre Rafah et l’Egypte afin de se rendre en France par la suite.

Tareq est un jeune avocat et professeur de droit à l’université de Gaza. C’est un ancien étudiant à l’Université de Toulouse Capitole, dans laquelle nous avons effectué ensemble notre master en Droit International. Son objectif est de revenir en France pour pouvoir effectuer un doctorat, mais surtout pour fournir à sa famille un endroit sûr où vivre en paix.

Notre but est de recueillir tout d’abord 25.000 euros pour permettre à toute la famille de quitter le territoire. Notre objectif total est de 40.000 euros, ce qui comprend :

• les frais de traversée à la frontière égyptienne, soit 5.000 euros par adulte et 2.500 euros par enfant,

• les frais universitaires pour que Tareq puisse s’inscrire à l’université (3.000 euros), et ainsi obtenir un visa étudiant,

• le coût de la vie à leur arrivée en France, le temps qu’ils puissent subvenir eux-mêmes à leurs besoins.

Entre le danger des bombardements incessants et la famine qui sévit actuellement à Gaza, il est plus qu’urgent pour eux de trouver un moyen de partir de cet enfer. Nous faisons cet appel aux dons car sans votre aide, rien n’est possible. Afin de nous aider à ramener Tareq et sa famille en France, tous les dons sont les bienvenus, même les plus minimes. ENGLISH – Hello everyone, our names are Lama, Lamija and Chloé, and we've created this GoFundMe to help our Palestinian friend who's trapped in Gaza with his family. His name is Tareq ABUSADAH. With his wife Shaymaa, their two sons aged 8 months and 3 years, and his parents, they find it impossible to leave a country at war. They have lost everything, their home and their savings, so their aim is to cross the border from Rafah into Egypt and then travel to France.

Tareq is a young lawyer and law professor at Gaza University. He is a former student at Toulouse Capitole University, where we did our Masters in International Law together. His aim is to return to France to do a doctorate, but above all to provide his family with a safe place to live in peace.

Our goal is to raise the first 25,000 euros to enable the whole family to leave the country. Our total target is 40,000 euros, which includes:

• the cost of crossing the border into Egypt, i.e. 5,000 euros per adult and 2,500 euros per child,

• the university fees so that Tareq can enrol at the university (3,000 euros), and thus obtain a student visa,

• the cost of living when they arrive in France, until they can support themselves.

مرحبًا بالجميع، أسماءنا هي لمى ولميا وكلوي، وقد أنشأنا هذا الموقع لمساعدة صديقنا الفلسطيني المحاصر في مع عائلته في غزة. اسمه طارق أبو سعدة. ويجد أنه من الصعب مغادرة بلد في حالة حرب مع زوجته شيماء وابنيهما البالغ عمرهما 8 أشهر و3 سنوات ووالديه. لقد فقدوا كل شيء، منزلهم ومدخراتهم، لذا فإن هدفهم هو عبور الحدود من رفح إلى مصر ومن ثم السفر إلى فرنسا.

طارق محامي شاب وأستاذ في القانون في جامعة غزة. وهو طالب سابق في جامعة تولوز كابيتول، حيث حصلنا على درجة الماجستير في القانون الدولي معًا. هدفه هو العودة إلى فرنسا للحصول على الدكتوراه، ولكن قبل اي شيء توفير مكان آمن لعائلته للعيش في سلام.

هدفنا هو جمع مبلغ اولي بقيمة 25000 يورو لتمكين جميع أفراد الأسرة من مغادرة البلاد. هدفنا الإجمالي هو جمع مبلغ بقيمة 40.000 يورو، والتي تشمل:
