Helping an Orangebloods family in need...

Hi, my name is Geoff Ketchum, the owner and publisher of Orangebloods.com.

One of our biggest aspirations as a community is to look out for and care for our fellow Orangebloods in need.

Meet "Sara". She's a mother of two young children and has been in the Orangebloods community for the last 18 years.

Over the last couple of years, Sara has been trying to get through an incredibly physical and mentally abusive relationship with her husband. The fallout of this ordeal has left her family in financial ruin and the owner of the house she rents is asking that she leave. With bills stacking up higher and higher, she's in a position where she could use an OB guardian angel.

We're raising money to completely change the lives of a family in real need. In addition to catching her up on the non-stop bills, we're hoping to raise enough money to relocate her family to Houston, so that she can begin the task of turning her life around with a completely fresh slate, while being near a support system that can help her on a daily basis.

This is a chance for us to help out someone with burnt orange blood flowing through her veins. She's been on Orangebloods for the national championship in 2005 and all of the twists and turns in the years that have since passed. It's a chance to do more than help one of our own... it's a chance to give her a new lease on life.
