Helping Annika replace some items stolen from her

My niece Annika had her car broken into while resting overnight at a California hotel. The thief stole her camping gear, suitcase with all her clothes from the trip, her purse which contained drivers license and debit card, a new stereo she just had installed plus a family member’s $1,000 flute. Within hours the thief made over 12 fraudulent withdrawals from her bank account. I am setting up this site to hopefully surprise Annika and help her with a way to replace some of the stolen items. Any amount would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for helping Annika out.
