On January 28th Antoine was in a bad car accident that has resulted in him having over 5 surgeries so far. He will still have many more surgeries to come and is currently still in the hospital.
Antoine was driving down South Delridge when a truck cut him off. It was to late for him to stop so his vehicle and the truck crashed. During the crash Antoine's car was flipped on the left side as his hand was out of the window. Antoine was drugged with the car on top of his had several feet, causing extreme damage to his hand. Antoine's knuckles where shaved off, the palm of his had has lost extreme tissue, and some of his tendons are damaged beyond repair. He has had a surgery to where they had to remove his ring finger on his left hand and there is a possibility he may lose 3 more fingers. Imagine looking down at your hand and you can see right through it, This is the condition Antoine is in. Antoine is left handed and will have to undergo extensive therapy but still will not regain the normal use of his left hand.
Antoine is pursuing a career in sign language interpretation as both of his deceased parents where partially deaf. Antoine has been moving forward by landing a job in a school that he just recently started working. Antoine is a STL native but has relocated to Seattle where the car crash took place. He has no help, no benefits and is currently still hospitalized to where he is missing work and not collecting any paychecks.
Antoine is very humble at this time but yet is in need. We are asking for family and friends to come together with prayers for a speedy recovery and also small blessings to help him with several expenses he will incur during this process. At this time we are trying our best to keep the burden of bills off of his mind so that he can focus on his recovery.
