Helping Babs get back on her feet ❤️

Hi, my name is Steph and I’m creating this on behalf of my mom, Barbara aka “Babs” Cavico. For those who have the pleasure of knowing my mom, you may have personally experienced her kindness & warmth. Babs is the sweetest soul who believes in caring for others and giving people the benefit of the doubt as “you never know what they might be going through.” She is incredibly hard-working and so dedicated to always doing her best and helping those around her. She has a quiet resilience and has fought through so much throughout her life - too much for one person in my opinion - but has done so with such grace, patience, and fortitude.

My mom is going through some more tough times right now with her physical and mental health rendering her unable to currently work in her job she loves so much. In mid-June she was hospitalized for 10 days and then hospitalized 2 more times since. The cause is still unknown as we are fighting to get her the care she needs so we can get our mom back. She’s a fighter and I thank God for that, but due to the slowness of government and healthcare support she has no income currently. The medical bills are piling up in addition to her bills to simply live and we’ve exhausted our financial resources to be able to continue her care.

I am organizing this as a call for help during my mom’s time of need. I understand that everyone’s situation is vastly different and if you’re not able to give financial support my ask is you pray for her healing. “It takes a village” as they say and I’m calling in those who know and love our family for your gentle support to help us through this.
