Helping Brenda in this time of need

Hello dear friends and family, this is hard to put into words but I am here asking for help because Myles is in critical shape.
On Oct 2nd Myles walked into the hospital for what he thought was a bad gout flair up in his left elbow, which he was already dealing with for about a week. They took him in and found out it was an arthritic septic infection; on Friday the 4th went in for surgery to clean out the infection and wound. Coming out of the surgery he was experiencing AFIB (irregular heart rate) and septic shock, they kept him sedated and on the ventilator since he was also having trouble breathing on his own. Also to keep him comfortable and able to heal. After 12 days of being sedated with a tube down his throat and his vitals being all over the place; they decided to give him a tracheotomy which was on Oct. 18th "to help pull him out of sedation". Family flew in on Oct. 19th and on that day his vitals dipped drastically BUT hearing their voices and all the prayers from everyone he pulled through. Since then he has gotten pneumonia, c-diff (bad bacterial infection of the colon), still experiencing septic shock, major fluid retention/ weeping skin, and his lungs just being weak they found a blood clot in his lung; it just seems like one thing after another. Basically his window of improvement is closing and this ICU stay is going to drain all and then some of our savings.
I am here asking for any help you think you can do for me at this time of need. I am not sure how much this is going to cost us especially if we are going to have to also look at funeral expenses. But a month in the ICU isn't cheap.
Thank you all for all the prayers, support and monetary support is greatly appreciated. This is a very hard time for me emotionally as well so keep me in your prayers and if you are a local friend stop by with a warm meal and hugs would be beyond supportive of you. I am not ready to say good bye to him but the doctors at this point don't have much hope for him.
Thank you again for taking time to read this and support me however you can.
