Helping Buddy with being able to walk again.

Hi, my name is buddy. I was rescued by my current owner who saved me from my last family who kept me tied to a chain most of my life. As you can imagine, this has caused me a lot of issues. For years my new dad has been helping me with my seizures that occur when I play too hard. But now, after years of being tied up in the past, my legs don’t have the strength to carry me anymore. The doctor told my dad that it was a neurological issue that could only be treated through surgery. Unfortunately, this is a very expensive procedure and my dad can’t afford it on his own. I can only hope now that the animal lovers out there see my story and can offer help in any form. Watching this video to help me get noticed, or commenting to show your support, would show this old-timer that there are still animal lovers in this world that are willing to help out. My only wish is to be able to walk again and bring back my dad's ball at least one more time.
