Helping Caroline, Emily, & Todd

Hi, I am Derika, Emily’s sister & Carolines Aunt! I am starting this fundraiser to help my sister Emily, her husband Todd, and of course baby Caroline.  Unfortunately, while in Michigan for her baby shower with family here she was admitted into the hospital for severe hypertension and had to have an emergency c section 4 days later. Caroline was born weighing 1.8 lbs at 26 weeks and 6 days. Emily, Todd, and Caroline have been away from their home since November 18, 2021 and as of Today their transfer to go back home to Kentucky has been denied, so they will continue to be here in Michigan. Todd is traveling back and forth every other week while Emily is staying at the hospital. They have been so thankful for all of the support, love, and prayers they have been blessed with. I am starting this to help continue all of that support and make life a little easier and take any stress off of them that we can. All donations will go to all expenses that occur for Caroline, Emily, & Todd. Thank you for continuing to love and support them.
