Helping Steven Wiggs Fight New Jersey.

Hello all, I am State Constable Steven Wiggs of the 16Th Ward Allentown Pennsylvania State Constables Office.

I am in such a vulnerable position in my life whereas my freedom is being openly threatened by the Judicial System of Essex County New Jersey, and I'm seeking your help to establish the proper financial support for legal fees at this time.

It's far from easy to expose my vulnerability. By far this has to be the most challenging thing I've ever done in my life. So please bare with me.

Short story:

On Dec 3rd of 2019 I went into New Jersey on personal business. And that business was to do what most Men do for their children, pay Child Support. I had paid in person at the Courthouse on Washington St in Newark, NJ.

I like many Law Enforcement Officials who carry their Firearms Off-duty under the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act(LEOSA), and enter into a Courthouse on personal business would check their weapon in with the Sheriff's Dept of any Courthouse. An action I've taken more than two times in the same building.

You have to ask the question, "why wasn't Constable Wiggs arrested the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time upon entry?"

At that time I was detained upon a security checkpoint by the Essex County Sheriff's Dept, and upon their investigation they found that I've had a $300 child support warrant they called outstanding. But then they subsequently decided to charge me with Impersonating a Police Officer, imposed a Weapons charge me, Magazines charges, and a False Government Documents charge.

Note: These are the same charges I've had facing the Pennsylvania State Troopers in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Charges of which my team and I had come out 100% successful against.

The Essex County Sheriff's Dept disclosed to me upon my detention that the Troopers in Pennsylvania stated to them that they've (Troopers) charged me with Impersonating too. But what the Troopers didn't tell them was they've lost the case against me.

This so-called investigation the Essex County Sheriff's Dept have done, of which led to my charges, consisted of calling PA State Troopers, other PA State Constables(whom don't like me), and the Lehigh County Sheriff's Dept of Pennsylvania. All of which have absolutely zero authority over me or my Office.

Judicial System of Essex County New Jersey:

Today, Nov 17th 2021, after the Judge have reviewed the actual Laws within the brief from the Public Defenders Office, not only identifying my Agency as a Law Enforcement Agency under Pennsylvania State Law and Federal Case Law, the Judge chose to ignore said Laws of Pennsylvania supporting my Agency, held dear to a wrongfully made Case Law stemming from Pittsburgh that didn't support my Agency in the Enforcement of Traffic Laws, and moved to find me guilty of said Crimes they've charged me with.

The District Attorney’s Office of Essex County purposefully mislead the grand jury by stating only New Jersey Law with regards to my Agency, and shielded them from the actual Pennsylvania Laws identifying us as Law Enforcement Officers.

Legal Counsel:

While I can agree that going with a Public Defender might've not been the best route, I'll raise the thought that while working with a Private Attorney in Philadelphia, my team and I still had to educate my Counsel on the Laws supporting my Agencies stance in Law Enforcement.

So I've had the idea to go with the Public Defenders Office since I would've had to educate them anyways. But now, my colleagues are urging me to get a Private Attorney, as my freedom is heavily on the line here.

The Judge and District Attorney’s Office completely ignored the State and Federal Case Laws that openly support my Agency as a Law Enforcement Agency, and they need to be exposed.

So please, whatever you guy's can contribute to this cause is more than gratefully appreciated as the Judge and District Attorney are trying to lock up an actual Law Enforcement Official.
